Current File Review Turnaround Times:
Today, July 28, 2021, MFA homeownership staff is reviewing lender loan files received on July 27, 2021. Loan files that are correctly submitted should be approved within three business days. File review turnaround times are updated each business day, weekends and holidays excluded.
MFA’s programs are not limited to first-time homebuyers. MFA’s Next Home program is available for non-first time homebuyers that would like to “step up” to their next home.
There are other ways our programs can work for you and your clients. Borrowers may be able to purchase a home by investing as little as $500 of their own funds. And borrowers may purchase a manufactured home on a permanent foundation.
